新型马铃薯起垄覆膜播种机简介

摘要

A new type ridge plastic mulching planter of potato was introduced in this paper. It can complete the work of fertilizing, planting potato, ridging, plastic film mulching and so on. At the same time, it can place the drip irrigation pipeline under the plastic film. A double-potato-spoon seed-taker is applied on the planter to guarantee to take the potato-seed from the seed box and to sow just a potato-seed at each point. A new agronomic measure of potato ridge plastic mulching side planting is adopted to achieve a small row spacing and large ridge spacing cultivation mode. The planter has passed the examination by the Inner Mongolia Agri-animal Husbandry Machinery Test Station and its performance indicators fully meet the technical requirements of potato ridge plastic mulching planting technology.%文章介绍了一种新型马铃薯起垄覆膜播种机，该机一次即可完成马铃薯起垄覆膜播种和在膜下铺设滴灌管道的两个作业环节。该机选用了双薯勺取种器，既能保证从种箱内取到种薯，又能保证每穴只播种1粒种薯。该机采用了马铃薯起垄覆膜垄侧播种的新的农艺措施，实现了小行距和大垄距的种植方式。此机通过了由内蒙古自治区农牧业机械试验鉴定站检验，其性能指标完全达到了马铃薯起垄覆膜播种的技术要求。
