沟槽效应的数值模拟分析

     

摘要

To study the mechanism of dead-pressing phenomenon, according to assumptions, the numerical simulation of the explosive process of ANFO in the condition of deep hole without coupling charge was carried out, using Autodyn simulation software. The results show that the main reason of channel effect is not the density increase of the explosive by the pre-shock wave compression, and channel effect can not be caused by the weak pre-shock wave generated at 0.4 m away from the detonation point, while the detonation pressure of the explosive decreases by the compression of the strong pre-shock wave at 1.5 m away from the detonation point.%为研究沟槽效应的产生机理, 利用AUTODYN软件, 根据假设条件建立简化的二维EULER计算模型, 对深孔不耦合装药条件下铵油炸药的传爆过程迚行模拟.结果表明:沟槽效应产生的主要原因不是炸药受超前冲击波压缩导致密度的增加.铵油炸药不耦合系数为2时, 在距离起爆点0.4m处空气间隙中已经产生超前冲击波, 但此冲击波幵不会影响炸药正常爆轰.距离起爆点1.5m处, 超前冲击波强烈压缩炸药, 使炸药爆轰压力降低.
