乳化炸药废药中析晶硝酸铵含量的测定

摘要

介绍了一种乳化炸药废药中析晶硝酸铵含量的测定方法，采用此方法对乳化炸药废药样品中析晶硝酸铵的含量进行了测定，并以此指导了含废药乳化炸药配方的设计。乳化炸药产品爆炸性能的测试结果符合GB18095-2000乳化炸药技术指标，表明该测定方法可用于指导乳化炸药废药的回收利用。%A method for determination of the content of ammonium nitrate (AN) crystals separated out from the waste propellant of emulsion explosive has been proposed. Using this method, the content of the AN crystals separated out from the waste propellant samples of emulsion explosive is determined, and then using it to guide the formulation design of the emulsion explosive containing waste propellant. The explosion properties of the emulsion explosive product was tested, the results meet the standard of GB18095-2000 Emulsion Explosive, which indicates that the method can be used to guide the recovery of the waste propellant of emulsion explosive.
