工业炸药爆炸后有毒气体含量的测定及结果分析

         

摘要

利用爆炸容器和ecom-j2kn烟气分析仪,对乳化炸药、水胶炸药、改性铵油炸药在裸露和约束条件下爆炸所生成的气体进行快速的测量分析。分析结果表明:工业炸药中,粉状炸药生成的有毒气体浓度较含水炸药大,含水炸药中乳化炸药生成的CO量较多,而水胶炸药生成的NOx则比乳化炸药多;强约束条件可以大幅度降低有毒气体的生成量,尤其是减少氮氧化物的生成量。%  By use of explosion container and ecom-j2kn flue gas analyzer, the detection and analysis of poisonous gas volume generated from the explosion of emulsion explosive, water gel explosive and modified ANFO explosive were conducted respectively, under strong constraint condition and exposed condition. The data analysis demonstrated that the poisonous gas volume generated from the powdery explosive detonation is larger than that of water-bearing explosive, emulsion explosive produces the maximum volume of CO, and the volume of NOx generated from detonation of water gel explosive is larger than that of emulsion explosive . Meanwhile, the volume of gas poisonous, especially NOx , can be decreased under strong constraint condition.
