紫外光谱法应用于TATB基炸药中TATB含量的测量

     

摘要

为了克服TATB在传统溶剂中的难溶性,以及检测PBX炸药中TATB含量的间接性、效率低等缺点,研究了不同比例的离子液体和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)的复合溶剂对TATB的溶解能力,并将复合溶剂作为基线,采用紫外光谱法测量波长在360nm处TATB的吸光度,得到TATB的A——c标准曲线以及线性回归方程,从而对TATB基PBX炸药中TATB的含量进行分析。结果表明:对TATB溶解能力较好的溶剂是质量比5∶95的1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([Emim]Ac)/DMSO复合溶剂,常温下TATB的溶解度约为2.025mg/mL;紫外吸收光谱法测出PBX炸药中TATB的含量较传统测量法略偏大,但在允许误差范围内。%In order to overcome slightly solubility of TATB in the traditional solvent, and the defects of indirectness and low efficiency on detection of TATB -based PBX explosives, the solubility of TATB in different mass ratio of ionic liquid and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) compound solvent were studied,and the UV-visible spectrophotometry method was used to measure the absorbance of TATB at the 360nm wavelength. The standardA——c curve were drawn, and the linear regression equation were calculated, then contents of TATB in PBX explosives were analyzed. The results show that when the mass ratio of [Emim] Ac /DMSO is 5∶95, the solubility of TATB reach the maximum value about 2.025mg/mL under normal temperature. The contents of TATB in PBX explosives were a bit higher with UV spectrophotometry method than traditional measurement method , but within the allowable error range.
