NHN起爆药连续化干燥方式研究

         

摘要

针对NHN起爆药生产线,为克服传统的真空干燥工艺干燥周期长、需要人工操作、安全性差的缺点,设计了热风干燥装置,选用类似起爆药的固体粉末材料模拟试验了起爆药的干燥过程.试验表明采用热风干燥技术,干燥时间至少缩短60%以上,提高了NHN起爆药生产线的产能,更易于实现人机隔离的连续化自动操作,NHN起爆药生产线的整体安全性也有所提高.%Aimed at NHN primary explosive production process, in order to overcome the defects of traditional vacuum drying technology, such as long drying cycle, manual operation, poor safety, the hot air drying technology was proposed. The drying process for solid powder material similar to NHN primary explosive was carried out. Test shows that using hot air drying technology, the drying time is shortened at least 60%, the NHN primary explosive production line capacity is improved, thereby man-machine isolation continuous automatic operation is easy to realize, and the NHN primary explosive production overall security is improved.
