重铵油炸药热参数的计算和热分解特性的研究

         

摘要

To understand the thermal decomposion kinetics of heavy anfo, thermal decomposition processes of three frequently used heavy anfo explosives whose formula is 25/75, 50/50, 75/25(mass percentage of emulsion explosive/mass percentage of porous granular anfo) were carried out, by means of microcalorimeter(MC), the thermal decomposition kinetic parameters of the activation energy, pre-exponential factor were calculated using the heat flux data in C 80 curve at 0.2 K?min-1. The explosion reaction equation of HANFO explosive was established based on B-W rule. Results show that the explosion heat and explosion temperature of HANFO decrease with the increase of the content of emulsion matrix, emulsion matrix has effective inhibition on the crystal form and solid-liquid phase transition of solid ammonium nitrate particles, the thermal stability of heavy anfo explosive is higher than that of emulsion explosive.%为了解重铵油炸药的热分解动力学,运用微量量热法(MC)研究了3种常用的重铵油炸药:25/75、50/50、75/25(乳化炸药/多孔粒状铵油炸药质量百分比)的热分解特性.以升温速率为0.2 K?min-1时的C80热流速曲线数据为基础,求解了3种炸药热分解反应的表观活化能(Ea)、指前因子(lnA),并运用B-W法建立3种炸药的爆炸反应方程式,计算其热化学参数.结果表明:随着乳胶基质含量的增加,重铵油炸药的爆热、爆温值均呈下降趋势,乳胶基质抑制了固态硝酸铵的晶型及固-液相转变,且重铵油炸药的热安定性高于乳化炸药的热安定性.
