压缩空气式喷雾制备超细球形CL-20

     

摘要

利用压缩空气式喷雾装置制备了超细球形化六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)颗粒,对样品的形貌、颗粒和晶型进行了表征,对其热安定性进行了测试和分析,并对样品的表观活化能和热爆炸临界温度进行了计算.此外,对超细CL-20的机械感度进行测试.结果表明:制备出的CL-20颗粒径为300nm左右,且球形化程度较高,晶型为β型;超细CL-20的热安定性相比原料有所降低,热敏感性更高;超细CL-20的撞击感度较原料明显降低,特性落高由17.8cm提高到33.9cm.%Ultrafine and spherical CL-20 was prepared by pressure type of spraying instrument, the morphology, particle size and crystal type of the samples were characterized, the thermal decomposition reaction and critical temperature of the particles were tested and calculated. Meanwhile, the impact sensitivity of ultrafine CL-20 was tested according to GJB 772-1997 method. The results showed that the particle size of CL-20 obtained is 300nm with proper spherical type, and the crystal type is beta (β).The thermal stability of ultrafine CL-20 is lower than that of raw material CL-20, as well as its thermal sensitivity is higher. Besides,the impact sensitivity of ultrafine CL-20 is significantly reduced compared to raw material CL-20.The characteristic height H50of which is increased from 17.8cm to 33.9cm.
