Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Maxing Ganshi decoction combined with reduning injection therapy of children's suspected influenza A( H1 N1 ). Methods: Before and after the treatment of combined oral Maxing Ganshi decoction 7 days and Reduning injection 5 days on 120 children ,who were from our fever outpatient clinic , with the syndrome of the heat - toxin attacking the lung of suspected influenza A (H1 N1 ),we observed the change of clinical symptoms and signs . Results:The total effective rates of treatment on disease and syndromes were 87.50％ and 95.83％. It was significantly effective in treatment for fever, cough and sputum. Conclusion:Maxing Ganshi decoction combined with reduning injection therapy demonstrates remarkable therapeutic effects on children with the syndrome of the heat - toxin attacking the lung of suspected influenza A( H1 N1 ).%目的:观察麻杏甘石汤加热毒宁注射液治疗儿童疑似甲型H1N1流感的临床疗效.方法:通过对黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院儿科发热门诊120例疑似甲型H1N1流感,中医辨证热毒袭肺证患儿,给予麻杏甘石汤7天,同时静点热毒宁注射液5天,观察治疗前后患儿症状及体征的变化.结果:疾病总有效率为87.50%,中医证候的总有效率为95.83%,在治疗发热、咳嗽、咯痰方面效果尤为明显.结论:麻杏甘石汤加热毒宁注射液治疗儿童疑似甲型H1N1流感中医辨证热毒袭肺证疗效显著.
