目的:比较蝉蜕不同提取工艺抗凝与纤溶活性.方法:以凝血酶原时间试验(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间试验(APTT)、血小板聚集率和血凝-纤溶动态图为指标,比较蝉蜕仿生胃/胰酶解物、水提物、醇提物、水提醇沉物的抗凝与纤溶活性差异,综合评价各提取物抗凝纤溶活性.结果:蝉蜕各提取物均不能延长家兔PT值,而仿生胃/胰酶解物和水提醇沉(渣)对于APTT、血小板聚集率、血凝-纤溶表现出抗凝纤溶作用.结论:蝉蜕仿生胃/胰酶解物和水提醇沉(渣)具有一定抗凝纤溶活性,具有后续研究价值.%Objective: To compare the anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activities of cicada slough by different extraction methods. Methods: It was taken the prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) , platelet aggregation rate, and blood clots -fibrinolytic dynamic figure as the indexes, compare and evaluate the anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activities of cicada slough by four different extraction methods, which were bionic pepsin/trypsin enzymatic hydrolysis, alcohol refluxing, boiling water extract and water extract with alcohol precipitate,comprehensively. Resu All the extracts couldnt obviously prolong PT. On the results of APTT, platelet aggregation rate, and blood clots - fibrinolytic dynamic figure, the extracts of bionic pepsin/trypsin enzymatic hydrolysis and the sediment of water extract with alcohol precipitate were demonstrated a relatively good anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activities. Conclusion: The cicada slough extracts of bionic pepsin/trypsin enzymatic hydrolysis and the sediment of water extract with alcohol precipitate are valuable to be the follow - up study objects for anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activities field.
