巨刺结合夹脊穴针法治疗中风偏瘫痉挛状态的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察巨刺结合夹脊穴针法治疗中风偏瘫状态的临床疗效。方法：将60例符合纳入标准的患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予常规头针法，并采用巨刺法、针刺颈腰部夹脊穴和康复训练治疗；对照组给予常规取穴法及康复训练治疗。通过Ashworth痉挛量表和Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定对患者的功能情况进行治疗前后比较。结果：巨刺结合颈、腰部夹脊穴针法对治疗中风后偏瘫肢体痉挛状态有明显疗效，并显著优于传统针刺方法（P＜0．05）。结论：巨刺结合颈、腰部夹脊穴针法治疗中风后痉挛状态有明显疗效，适合临床推广。%Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of opposing needling and Jiaji acupuncture on the spastic status of stroke hemiplegia .Methods:Divide 60 patients who conformed to the standard into two groups accord-ing to the method of rando digitalm form .One was the group of treatment ,and the other was the group of com-parison.Use the method of Conventional Pinhead for the group of treatment ,and the method of needling and Jiaji acupuncture point pinprick of neck and waist with the rehabilitative training .The group of comparison was with the method of conventional acupoints and the rehabilitative training .According to the Ashworth spasm scale and Fugl-Meyer assessment of moving function Assessment and compare before and after moving situa -tion of the patients .Results:The method of Jiaji acupoint pinprick on the waist had an obvious efficacy on the status of the spasm after stroke .And it was much better than the method of traditional pinprick method ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:Combination of opposing needling and Jiaji acupoint in the treatment of spastic state of stroke Hemiplegia has an obvious therapeutic effect ,which is worth clinical application .
