基于LV8726的步进电机高精度驱动系统设计

             

摘要

针对传统步进电机控制繁琐, 运转精度低, 工作时易出现震动、堵转现象, 设计了一款基于LV8726的步进电机多细分、高精度驱动系统.系统电机采用相位相差90°的两相拟正弦波绕组电流驱动, 可实现2~128多细分驱动模式选择.系统以STM32单片机为微控制器电路主控芯片, 通过PL2303串口通信电路, 实现VB上位机环境下的整机运行测试.测试结果表明, 系统电机工作平稳、运转精度高, 即整机达到了预定的精简、多细分、高精度控制目的.%Aiming at sloveing the problems in the traditional stepper motor control system, such as diffictult control, low operating precision, easy vulnerable, easy to locked-rotor, a multi subdivision and high precision driving system based on LV8726 is designed. Two phase sinusoidal winding current waves with a phase difference of 90° can realize multi subdivision driving mode selection of 2 ~ 128 to the system motor. The system uses the STM32 MCU as the main controller chip of the micro-controller circuit, and through the PL2303 serial communication circuit, the whole machine running test is realized under the VB upper computer environment. The test results show that the system motor works smoothly and operates with high accuracy, that is, the whole machine achieves the predefined target of concise structure, multi-subdivision and high precision.
