煤矿绞车轨道外形磨损CCD监测系统

摘要

The whole inspection system consists of beam laser source , CCD and high - speed image processing subsystem. In order to obtain the wear image and extract the contour curve, the design of multi - DSP processing system is discussed. The special point detection algorithm based on CSS is proposed in order to realize the definition of track contour. The preliminary experiment results show that the error value of the whole system is acceptable.%针对矿井绞车轨道磨耗动态检测问题,构建了由线状光源、CCD、高速图像处理子系统等组成的系统.文中定义了高速图像处理各个模块的功能.对于磨耗图像的获得和特征点提取,采用CSS特征点检测算法来实现,并给出了磨耗值计算相关问题.初步试验表明系统检测误差在可接受范围内.
