基于LabVIEW的无线车钥匙的EMC测试系统开发

     

摘要

The biggest difference between remote key and mechanical key is that the remote key control vehicle via wireless mode. The Electro Magnetic Compatibility ( EMC) is very important for the performance of the key, as the key and the vehicle communicate via wireless mode. It introduces a method of using Lab VIEW software as developing platform and DAQ card NI USB - 6501 as the digital signal input and output interface. It also uses high frequency receiver to acquire the signals reply by the key. It introduces a testing system for remote key' s EMC performance. Using software program produces switch signal instead of pressing buttons by people. Another software program reads commands from receiver, analysis them and compares with right ones. At last, the software gives an ok or error signal.%无线车钥匙与机械车钥匙最大的区别在于利用无线通信方式对车进行控制.由于采用了无线通信模式,钥匙的电磁兼容性(Electro Magnetic Compatibility,EMC)是钥匙的一个重要指标.以LabVIEW为开发平台,以NI公司数据采集卡NI USB-6501为信号输入与输出接口,以及高频信号接收器构建了无线车钥匙的EMC自动测试系统.由操作人员控制程序给出开关信号代替人工按键操作,并且由另外一个相应程序接收并且分析收集到的应答信号,使其与电脑中正确信号进行比对,最后给出测试结果.
