基于PLC的软启动器多拖多自动启动模式的应用

摘要

This paper proposes a mode of manytomany automatic startup by using Soft-Starter, practical design of a complete set of system solution and applies the mode on shot blasting system of heat treatment line of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Company Limited. It presents a detailed account of the main circuit of the system and the hardware construction of PLC system, providing the specific process which used in PLC. As a matter of fact, this mode makes the cost reduction, meanwhile the system becomes more stable.%提出了一种利用软启动器进行多拖多循环自动启动的模式,设计一套完整的解决方案并应用于柳钢中板常化炉抛丸机六台抛丸电机和除尘风机上.文中详细介绍电机主回路结构及PLC程序的实现过程.实际运行结果表明,此模式能较好地达到电机循环自动启动的目的,既节约了成本,同时也提高了系统的稳定性.
