一种用于信号采样速率转换的滤波器

         

摘要

离散信号采样率的精确同步是数字通信和基于傅里叶变换电力谐波分析等技术的关键问题.文中设计了一个只有两阶的滤波器,将周期为2π的余弦函数的单个周期作为滤波器的单位冲激响应,并通过仿真实验证明利用该滤波器对离散信号的采样速率进行转换,可以达到信号的采样完全同步,对离散信号做连续信号的恢复能接近无频谱泄漏,实时性较好,易于实现在线测量,且该采样速率转换方法简单,计算量小,可应用于数字通信技术或各种电力配电系统装置的前端处理中信号的同步采样.%Discrete signal sampling rate digital communications and accurate synchronization is based on Fourier transform techniques of harmonic analysis on key issues.The paper designed a filter that only two bands,the period of the cosine function of 2π individual cycles as the unit impulse response filter,and the simulation results show that the filter is made of discrete signals to continuous signals to restore almost no the effect of spectral leakage,the sampling rate of discrete signals to convert the signal sampling can be achieved full synchronization.The sampling rate conversion method is simple,computation,real-time good,easy to implement online testing,can be applied to digital communication technologies or types of electrical distribution system installed front-end processing of signals synchronous sampling.
