风电出力的不确定性给风电并网调度带来一定的挑战.基于日前24小时风电预测出力与6小时准实时出力,建立风电成本模型,提出了一种新的考虑风电并网的机组组合制定方法,该方法通过6小时准实时出力与日前24小时预测出力情况来及时调整6小时内机组组合计划.在10机系统上采用所提出的方法,仿真结果表明,该方法能够根据风电出力特性合理制定机组组合,从而降低系统预留旋转备用,有效降低因风电出力不确定性所引起的发电成本.%The wind power uncertainty output gives out the economic dispatch with wind power integration some certain challenges.Based on a day-ahead 24 hours wind power forecasting output and a near-real-time 6 hours output,wind power cost model is established.This paper proposes a new considering wind power integration unit combination method,and this method prepares timely to adjust the unit combination plan in 6 hours by the prediction of the near-real-time 6 hours and day-ahead 24 hours wind power output.Using the proposed method on 10 machine system,the simulation results show that this method can establish reasonable unit combination on the basis of the wind power output characteristics.Consequently,it reduces system spinning reserve,effectively decreases the generation cost caused by wind power uncertain output.
