民用无人机市场发展和创新中的隐私保护

In recent years, civil unmanned aerial vehicle industry showed a growth spurt. UAV market keeps developing, innovating, the traditional unmanned aerial vehicle systems and navigation systems, virtual reality and online sharing and other functions combined together, greatly enriched the commercial scene of the UAV. Diverse application scenarios also increase the privacy risk. This paper attempts to analyze the development trend of UAV industry and innovation mode, shows further analysis of the current UAV development, privacy issues under the climax of innovation, and future regulatory direction, thinking about the trend of privacy protection in the field of UAV, combined with the United States and China's practice of exploring the privacy compliance in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, along with the unmanned aerial vehicle technology development and application trends, proposed compliance recommendations.%近年来，民用无人机行业呈现井喷式增长。无人机市场不断发展、创新，传统无人机系统与导航系统、虚拟现实和在线分享等功能结合，极大地丰富了无人机的商用场景，但是多元化的无人机应用场景也不可避免地增加了隐私风险。本文试图解析无人机产业的发展趋势和创新模式，分析现有无人机发展、创新高潮下的隐私问题，并结合美国和我国在无人机领域的隐私合规探索实践，以及无人机技术的发展和应用趋势，提出法律合规的建议。
