浅谈转炉冶炼过程中加入氧化铁皮球对成本的影响

摘要

Because of shortages of the metal material and expensive, in order to realize bof steelmaking process reduced the consumption of steel material, control the raw material cost, adjustment of converter charging metal structure, utilizing the carbon steel sheet mill according to the actual metal material supply situation, study the oxidation of iron, sinter directly as a cold metal materials to join in furnace instead of part of the metal material. Through practice the relevant data analysis, reasonable part with addition of iron smelting process, sinter ball, steel material consumption is reduced, the converter smelting cost reduced.%由于目前金属料短缺且价格昂贵，为了实现转炉冶炼过程钢铁料消耗的降低，控制钢铁料消耗成本，转炉调整入炉金属料结构，酒钢碳钢薄板厂根据实际金属料供应情况，研究将氧化铁皮、烧结矿直接作为金属料加入炉内代替部分金属冷料，通过实践相关数据分析，冶炼过程合理配加部分铁皮球、烧结矿，钢铁料消耗减少，转炉冶炼成本得以降低。
