应对新发传染病医院防护体系的建立及应用

摘要

To establish a statdardized hospital protection system for the prevention of nosocomial infection of emerging infectious diseases is an important means for the control of the epidemic. According to clinical experience, the authors summarize the work processes and regulations established and implemented in the control and treatment of severe acute respiratory syndrome and influenza A (H1N1) and based on the clinical practice, discuss the role of the hospital protection system in enhancing the establishment and implementation of scientific epidemic protection system and protecting the hospital from being an infection source.%建立规范的医院防护体系,防止新发传染病院内交叉感染,是控制疫情流行的重要手段.笔者根据近年来的工作经验,总结了在SAPS和甲型H1N1流感救治过程中建立与执行医院内各个环节的工作流程和规则,并结合实例讨论了这些防护体系在强化科学防疫体系、防止医院成为新传染源方面所起的作用.
