Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of CO2 laser combined with the local use of topical recombinant human interferon α-2b gel on condyloma accuminata (CA). Methods Sixty CA patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. In the treatment group, the warts were cut with laser, then topical recombinant human interferon α-2b gel was used locally one time per day for 14 days. The patients of the control group were only treated with CO2 laser to cut the warts. Results The therapeutic efficacy of the two groups were compared. The curative rate was 90.0% in the treatment group, higher than that in the control group (66.7%). The recurrence rate was 10.0% in the treatment group, significantly lower than that in the control group (33.3%). Conclusions CO2 laser combined with topical recombinant human interferon a-2b gel is a simple, convenient and economic method to treat CA. It may play an important role in reducing the recurrence of CA.%目的 探讨CO2激光联合局部外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗尖锐湿疣(condyloma accuminata,CA)的效果.方法 60例CA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组采用CO2激光切除疣体后,局部外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,1次/d,连续用14d.对照组仅用CO2激光直接去除疣体.结果 对2组疗效进行对比,治疗组治愈率为90.0%,高于对照组的66.7%.治疗组复发率为10.0%,明显低于对照组的33.3%.结论 CO2激光联合局部外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗CA,疗效肯定、方法简便、经济,对降低CA复发率有较显著作用.
