HIV-1感染过程中外周血eotaxin水平的比较研究

摘要

目的 观察HIV-1感染过程中外周血eotaxin水平与疾病进展的关系.方法 对北京佑安医院疾病进展差别非常明显的2组急性期HIV感染者规律随访,通过Milliplex试剂盒检测外周血eotaxin.结果 在HIV-1感染急性期,eotaxin水平在疾病进展缓慢组(CD4高组)明显高于快速进展组(CD4低组).结论 在HIV感染急性期,高水平的eotaxin可能对机体起到有利的作用.%Objective To investigate the correlation between peripheral blood eotaxin level and disease progression in patients with HIV-1 infection.Methods Follow-up was made in two groups of the patients in the acute phase of HIV-1 infection from Beijing You'an Hospital,who were significantly different in disease progression.Milliplex kit was used to detect eotaxin level in peripheral blood.Results In the acute phase of HIV-1 infection,eotaxin level of slow progression group (with high CD4+ T lymphocyte counts) was significandy higher than that of rapid progression group (with low CD4+ T lymphocyte counts).Conclusion During the acute phase of HIV-1 infection,higher level of eotaxin may benefit the bodies.
