侵袭性念珠菌感染的实验室研究进展

摘要

近年来，侵袭性念珠菌感染的流行趋势发生了改变，致病菌种也有明显变迁。除光滑念珠菌和克柔念珠菌外，大部分念珠菌对常用抗真菌药物仍然敏感。随着分子生物技术的应用，真菌感染早期的、特异诊断水平有了明显提高，对真菌耐药机制的认识也更加深入。本文就侵袭性念珠菌感染的实验室研究进展进行综述。%The epidemiology of invasive Candida infections has changed markedly in recent years. Obvious changes also have taken place in the distribution of pathogenic fungi. Most of Candida isolates are susceptible to common antifungal agents, except C. glabrata and C. krusei. With more and more widespread and profound application of molecular biological techniques in researches of fungi, the level of early and specific diagnosis of fungal infections has improved significantly and the understanding of resistance mechanism of fungi is also much deeper. This article focuses on laboratory study on invasive Candida infections.
