The related complications are the main causes of mortality in patients with end-stage liver disease, so it is of great importance to strengthen the management and standardized diagnosis and treatment of the complications related to end-stage liver disease. This article focuses on the management and standardized diagnosis and treatment of cirrhotic patients who develop ascites, including ascites-related spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, hepatorenal syndrome, dilutional hyponatremia and hepatic pleural effu-sion.%终末期肝病的死亡原因主要是各种并发症，加强终末期肝病相关并发症的管理和规范诊治极为重要。本文主要就肝硬化腹水（包括与腹水相关的自发性细菌性腹膜炎、肝肾综合征、稀释性低钠血症和肝性胸腔积液等）的管理和规范诊治进行阐述及探讨。
