Objective To explore the key coordination elements of medical command in public health emergencies.Methods Integrated with the theory of "target-related dimension" of social synergetics, six-sigma method was used as the main analysis tool to study the key factors to influence the cooperation during medical command in public health emergency. The study started from 4 dimensions, including time dimension, spatial dimension, basic dimension and security dimension.Results A total of 12 key coordination elements of health service were screened out. Among them, 3 from basic dimension, 5 from security dimension, 3 from time dimension and 1 from spatial dimension.Conclusions This study can provide theoretical and methodological support for medical command in public health emergency by identifying the key elements of coordination.%目的 探讨突发公共卫生事件应急处置卫勤指挥协同的关键要素.方法 以六西格玛法为主要分析工具,结合社会协同学"目标关联纬度"理论,围绕卫勤指挥协同目标,从时间维、空间维、基础维、保障维等4个维度入手,对影响突发公共卫生事件应急处置卫勤指挥中协同的要素开展研究.结果 筛选出卫勤指挥协同关键要素共计12个,其中基础维3个、保障维5个、时间维3个、空间维1个.结论 通过确定突发公共卫生事件应急处置卫勤指挥协同关键要素,为突发公共卫生事件卫勤指挥提供理论与方法支撑.
