胆管细胞癌局部治疗的研究现况及进展

摘要

Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is one of the common primary liver malignancy with an increasing incidence in China. Up to now, R0 resection has been regarded as the only potentially curative treatment for local lesion of CCA patients. The results of systemic chemotherapy and best supportive care in CCA patients with metastatic disease are disappointing due to limited improvement of overall survival and apparent resultant toxic side effects. Therefore, more locoregional therapies should be increasingly applied for patients' benefits.%胆管细胞癌(cholangiocarcinoma, CCA)是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率仍处于上升趋势. 目前对部分CCA患者局部病灶行R0外科切除术,依旧是可能根治的惟一方案.而对于出现转移的CCA患者来说,系统化疗及支持治疗的抗肿瘤效果不理想,对于生存时间改善有限,而且还伴有较为明显的毒副作用.因此,应该探索更多的局部治疗手段应用于CCA患者的临床治疗,并使之获益.
