工业污泥烧制陶粒的工艺研究进展

     

摘要

The difference among industrial sludge, domestic sludge and clay-like material were analyzed and compared from the aspects of chemical components, physical characteristics and so on. The current status of the laboratory technique of using industrial sludge to sinter light-weight high-strength ceramsite was elaborated and the existing problems were discussed at the same time. It was pointed out that, the raw material formula for different industrial sludge should be determined through a lot of laboratory tests and pilot experiments in industrial furnace. How to prevent secondary pollution during the production of ceramsite sintered with industrial sludge should be systematically researched.%分析比较了工业污泥、生活污泥和粘土类物质在化学组成、物理特性等方面的差异,综述了工业污泥烧制轻质高强陶粒现有实验室工艺技术的现状和存在的问题,提出不同工业污泥的原料配方选择仍需通过大量实验室和工业窑炉中间试验才能确定,应系统研究在工业污泥烧制陶粒的生产过程中如何防止二次污染的问题.
