脱盐水站扩能改造

         

摘要

In view of the fact that water yield of desalted water station can not reach the requirement of water demand, a capacity expansion revamping project was implemented, which using two stage reverse osmosis to desalt the mixture of industrial wastewater reuse water and effluent water from one stage reverse osmosis unit of the original desalted water station, so as to reduce the soluble solid concentration of subsequent mixed bed in-fluent water. Besides, in order to increase the water treatment capacity, one more mixed bed was newly adopted and combined with the original mixed bed in parallel. Upon the completion, the operation of the desalted water station was stable, and the water yield met the requirement of boiler feedwater.%由于脱盐水站产水量达不到需水量要求,扩能改造工程将工业废水回用水与原脱盐水站一级反渗透产水混合后进入二级反渗透进行脱盐,降低后续混床进水的可溶性固体物质浓度,并新增1台混床与原混床并联,增加混床处理水量。扩能改造后,脱盐水站运行稳定,产水量满足锅炉补给水要求。
