Transformation of Production Capacity Expansion for Anjialing Large Coal Preparation Plant

Anjialing Coal Preparation Plant is a large power coal preparation plant for supporting Anjialing Open-pit mine and is designed and built by China. The designed capacity is 15.00Mt/a however; the actual production capacity is 20.0Mt/a. Heavy medium shallow grooves are adopted for lump coal and dense medium cyclones are adopted for small coal. This design has five sets of systems, of which three sets of coal processing systems are made up with primary cleaning and re-cleaning technology for export and two sets of discarded refuse systems are made up only with primary cleaning for domestic sales. The main products are composed of p2, p3, p4, p5, p6, p8 coal. To achieve the group company's “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” that the group will establish hundred million ton coal production bases. Expansion of production capacity transformation is put forward for Anjialing Large coal preparation plant. Its washing capacity can be achieved to 25.00Mt/a after transformation, and medium consumption will also be further reduced.
