Optimisation of tradable production assortments - a trend in technical restructuring of coal preparation plants at Nadwislariska Coal Company.

The objective of the production optimisation of tradableassortments in plants consists in their adjustment to current and foreseenmarket requirements with respect to grain sizes and quality. The authorsdiscuss production of coal mixtures with various quality parameters consistingof crushed coarse and medium sizes and raw fine coal. They presenttechnological flowsheets of final classification of washed coarse and mediumsize with crushing. They present nomograms for determination of calorificvalue of coal mixtures. They charaeterise commercial value of the productionplants without and with crushing of coarse and medium size assortments.
