针对开发区工业废水水质复杂, 可生化性较差的特点, 通过采取增加水解酸化段, 将传统AO工艺改造为MBBR工艺, 增建臭氧氧化-BAF深度处理工艺等措施对园区污水厂进行提标改造. 改造后运行结果显示,出水CODCr、 NH3-N、 TN质量浓度分别为38~45、 0.5~7.5、 10~14 mg/L, 稳定达到GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准的要求. 主要介绍了改造后的工艺流程, 给出了主要构筑物的设计参数及设备配置.%As industrial wastewater from development area has complicated component and is hard-biodegradable, an upgrading and reconstruction project of industrial wastewater plant in the said area was carried out through adding hydrolytic acidification unit, replacing traditional AO process with MBBR process, building out ozone oxidation-BAF advanced treatment process and some other countermeasures. The running effect of the plant after the reconstruction showed that, the mass concentrations of CODCr, NH3-N and TN in the effluent water were 38-45, 0.5-7.5 and 10-14 mg/L respectively, which met the specification for level A grade 1 in GB 18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. The process flow of the recon-structed project was introduced with the design parameters and devices layout of the main structures provided also.
