分析了蒸发和膜分离技术处理煤化工浓盐水存在的优缺点及应用情况,对机械雾化蒸发塘工艺设计进行了介绍,从投资和运营成本两方面对自然蒸发塘与机械雾化蒸发塘作对比分析.采用机械雾化蒸发塘技术处理浓盐水具有投资少,运营维护简单,较自然蒸发塘处理技术节省土地等优势,在煤化工等浓盐水处理领域将有广泛应用.%The advantages, disadvantages and application situations of evaporation and membrane separa-tion technology treating high salinity wastewater of coal chemical industry were analyzed, and the process design of mechanical atomization evaporation pond was introduced. Furthermore, natural evaporation pond and mechani-cal atomization evaporation pond were contrastively analyzed from two aspects: investment and operation cost. Using mechanical atomization evaporation pond to treat high salinity wastewater has many advantages such as:less investment, easy operation and maintenance, smaller area occupation compared to natural evaporation pond, and so on, which will be widely used in the field of treatment of high salinity wastewater from coal chemical and some other industries.
