Manufacturing sodium or potassium bicarbonate or its mixture in a fluidized bed, comprises injecting by two fluid atomizer, a concentrated solution of sodium carbonate or potassium hydroxide in the fluidized layer, dispersing the concentrated droplets solution in the fluidized bed, growing the sodium or potassium bicarbonate particles and bicarbonate concentric layer, and evaporating and setting the selected reaction temperature provided by heating the fluidizing gas and optionally by heating the surface inserted into the fluidized bed.
