山梨酸生产废水的生物处理研究

     

摘要

根据山梨酸生产废水色度高、可生化性较差的特点,作者采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)-序批式好氧反应器(SBR)-混凝-微滤组合工艺对其进行处理.试验结果表明:将原水稀释至色度为500倍、CODCr为5 000mg/L,经其处理后,最终出水色度<20倍,CODCr<300 mg/L,达到<污水综合排放标准>行业二级排放标准.%The wastewater from sorbic acid production is characterized by high chroma and low biodegradability. The combined process of ABR-SBR-eoagulation-microfiltration has been used for treating the wastewater from sorbic acid production. The result shows that when chroma of the original wastewater is diluted about 500 times, and its CODCr is about 5 000 mg/L as the influent water of ABR, the chroma of effluent water could be reduced to less than 20 times and CODCr to less than 300 mg/L. It could meet the Second Grade of the National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
