用Fe/C微电解—纳米铁Fenton试剂联合处理高浓度含酚废水.进水pH=3,铁炭质量比为1∶1,曝气反应120 min,结束后取适量上清液调pH=3,按照m(COD)∶m(H2O2)=1∶3,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe3O4) =10∶1投加一定量部分酸解的纳米Fe3O4和H2O2,搅拌反应40 min后向水样中加碱调pH至9,沉淀过滤后测得COD去除率为97.5%,挥发酚的去除率达到99.99%,几乎全部去除.通过比较发现该组合工艺处理高浓度难降解有机物的效果明显优于任一单一工艺,出水中的COD和挥发酚均达到污水综合排放标准一级标准要求.%The combined process,Fe/C micro-electrolysis-resembling Fenton reagent has been used for treating phenol-containing wastewater.It shows that the influent pH=3,and m (Fe) ∶m (C) =1∶1,aeration and reaction time 120 min.Then,supernatant fluid is added to the liquid for adjusting the pH=3 and Fe/C ratio to m (COD)∶m (H2O2)=1∶ 3,and n(H2O2)∶n(Fe3O4)=10∶1.Then,a certain amount of nano Fe3O4 and H2O2 are added and stirred for 40 min.Then,alkali is added to the water sample for adjusting its pH to 9.After precipitation and filtration,COD removing rate could reach 97.5%,and volatile phenol removing rate could reach 99.99% (almost removed completely).It is found by comparison that the combined process is better than any other single process,and both of COD and violate phenol in the effluent could reach the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
