Fe3O4-膨润土作为电Fenton催化剂用于降解橙黄G

     

摘要

The degradation process of orange G has been researched,using the electric Fenton system which consist-ed of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)-carbon black(CB)modified graphite felt(GF)as cathode,platinum plate as anode,and 500 mL 0.05 mol/L of Na2SO4solution as electrolyte.The characteristics of three kinds of catalyst supporting materials(diatomaceous,kaolin and bentonite),are investigated.The catalysts have been prepared by surface growing Fe3O4method.The result from the degradation of 20 mg/L of organic G shows that Fe3O4-bentonite is con-firmed to be the best catalyst. Under the effect of optimal catalyst,when pH is 3,current density 50 A/m2,catalyst dosage 1.0 g/L, and conduction time 40 min,the removing rate of orange G by the electro-Fenton system reaches 95.34%.%采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)-炭黑(CB)修饰的石墨毡(GF)为阴极,铂片为阳极,500 mL 0.05 mol/L 的Na2SO4溶液为电解液组成的电Fenton体系降解橙黄G.考察了3种催化剂支撑材料(硅藻土、高岭土和膨润土)的特性,并利用表面生长Fe3O4法制备了催化剂.对20 mg/L橙黄G的降解结果表明,Fe3O4-膨润土为最佳催化剂;在最佳催化剂作用下,当pH为3,电流密度为50 A/m2,催化剂投加量为1.0 g/L,通电时间为40 min时,电Fenton体系对橙黄G的去除率达到95.34%.
