微生物分层共生系统抗冲击作用研究

     

摘要

It is frequently seen in the operation process at wastewater treatment plants of petrochemical industries that the water quality of effluent does not reach the standard,because equipment maintenance and pollution discharge result in shock resistance to wastewater treatment systems. Taking the running situation of a petrochemical company as an example,after its internal recycling BAF has been subject to a shock caused by a shut-down drainage of an upstream device. It is found that the removing rate of ammonia nitrogen in the internal recycling BAF has increased from 60%to 96%. The removing rate of ammonia nitrogen and COD at different elevation points changes with the change of the difference of shock stage,which indicates that bacteria in BAF have layering coexistence phenomena. The shock loading on ammonia nitrogen has remarkable degradation effect. The microbial layering coexistence effect will have wider application prospect in oil refinery and other wastewater treatment.%石油化工企业污水处理厂在运行过程中,因设备检修维护排污冲击污水处理系统造成的出水水质不达标的情况屡见不鲜.对某石化公司上游装置停工排水,内循环曝气生物滤池受到冲击后的运行状况研究发现,生化系统受到冲击后,内循环曝气生物滤池(BAF)内氨氮去除率由60%提高到96%,不同高程点氨氮和COD的去除率也随着冲击阶段的不同而变化,表明BAF滤池内微生物存在分层共生现象,其对氨氮的冲击负荷具有明显的降解作用.生物分层共生效应在石油炼制和其他污水处理中将有更为广阔的应用前景.
