TiO2NTs/Sb-SnO2-Ni电极制备与电化学处理废水性能

     

摘要

采用阳极氧化法制备二氧化钛纳米管(TiO2NTs)电极基底,使用热分解方法制备了Ti/Sb-SnO2-Ni和TiO2NTs/Sb-SnO2-Ni两种电极.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电化学工作站等分析仪器分别研究了基底对电极表面结构、组分和电化学性能的影响.采用阳极快速寿命测试法对电极进行寿命测试,并以亚甲基蓝为模拟污染物研究了电极的电催化性能.研究结果表明,TiO2NTs为基底可有效改善电极表面结构,从而提高电极的寿命和催化性能.相比平板钛基底,TiO2NTs为基底电极活性层负载量增加,寿命增加了2.5倍,对亚甲基蓝的降解速率提高了1.5倍.%Anodic oxidation method has been used for preparing titanium dioxide nano-tubes (TiO2NTs) electrode substrates,and thermal decomposition method has been applied to the preparation of two kinds of electrodes,Ti/Sb-SnO2-Ni and TiO2NTs/Sb-SnO2-Ni. The influences of substrates on electrode surface structures,components and ele-ctrochemical performances are researched by means of analytical instruments ,such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electrochemical techniques work-station,etc. Electrode service life tests are imple-mented by anode rapid service life testing method ,and methylene blue is used as simulated pollutant for studying the electro-catalysis performances of the electrodes. The research results show that TiO2NTs as substrates can effectively improve electrode surface structures,so as to improve the service life and the catalysis performances of electrodes. Com-pared with the plate titanium substrates,the electrode active layer loading capacity of TiO2NTs as substrates is incr-eased,its service time is increased by 2.5 times,and the degradation rate of methylene blue is increased by 1.5 times.
