一种新型齿轮减速电机的结构设计

         

摘要

Speed-reducing motor, as the power source of mechanical equipment, is widely used in different occasions. In order to meet the design requirements of metallurgical equipment, a new type of structure of the speed-reducing motor is designed by employment of Kisssoft for analysis of stress. Such a new type of motor has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient installation, reliable operation, and so on. Also, it has advantages of variety of motor combination, and finer ranks of transmission ratio, which is suitable for mass and modular production.%减速电机作为机械设备的动力源,被广泛应用于不同场合。为了满足一种冶金设备的动力需要,创新设计了一种新型结构减速电机,并借助Kisssoft软件进行了受力计算分析。新型减速电机具有结构紧凑、安装方便、运行可靠等特点,并有多种电机组合、传动比分级细密等优点,适合大批量、模块化生产。本设计已申请专利。
