基于现有BSSF滚筒法渣处理技术,通过对铸余渣特性的分析,结合滚筒渣处理装置本身的优势,对系统进行了二次开发。应用效果表明:二次开发的滚筒法渣处理系统运行稳定,增强了处理炼钢连铸余渣的能力,钢渣处理率从30%提高到85%,为钢渣资源化利用提供了良好条件,符合当今社会对环保及固废资源循环利用的需求。%Based on the existing BSSF drum-type slag treatment technology, through analysis on the characteristics of casting residue, and combined with the advantages of drum slag treatment device, a secondary development for such a system has been carried out. The application effects show that the system of drum-type slag treatment system runs stably, and enhances the ability of slag treatment for steel casting. The treatment rate increases from 30% to 85%, providing a good condition for the use of steel slag resources, as well as meeting the needs of environmental protection and recycling of solid waste resources nowadays.
