四氯化钛生产工艺中的新型尾气处理装置

摘要

In view of the shortcomings of traditional treatment device for tail gas in the titanium tetrachloride production pro-cess ,a new process device for tail gas is developed and optimized .It has simple and compact structure ,not only can effec-tively absorb the hydrogen chloride and chlorine from tail gas ,reach standardized discharge ,but also prolong the operation cycle of tail gas treatment system and reduce the labor intensity of the workers .%针对四氯化钛生产工艺中传统尾气处理装置的不足进行了完善和优化，优化后的新型尾气处理装置结构简单紧凑，不仅能高效吸收尾气中的氯化氢和氯气，实现尾气达标排放，而且延长了尾气处理系统的运行周期，降低了工人的劳动强度。
