多效蒸发浓缩石化企业含盐废水关键参数的优化分析

         

摘要

In order to improve thermal properties of multi -effect distillation (MED ) concentrating saline wastewater of petrochemical enterprises ,the mathematical model for MED is established and the key parameters in the operation process affecting the performance of MED are analyzed ,including effect number ,concentration ratio (CR) ,evaporation temperature in last effect and feed preheater .The results show that performance of MED is influenced significantly by effect number ,and CR has slight influences on gained output ratio (GOR) and total heat transfer areas;although evaporation temperature in last effect slightly influences GOR ,it remarkably influences the total heat transfer areas when effect number is bigger;in addi-tion ,water capacity and economic performance of MED with the feed preheater can be strikingly enhanced .%为提高多效蒸发技术(MED)浓缩石化企业含盐废水的热性能,建立了顺流MED浓缩含盐废水的热力计算模型,并分析了操作过程中关键参数(蒸发器效数、浓缩比、末效蒸发器蒸发温度和进料预热器)对MED性能的影响。结果表明,蒸发器效数对MED性能影响显著;浓缩比(CR)对造水比(GOR)和蒸发器总换热面积影响较小;虽然末效蒸发器蒸发温度对GOR影响较小,但在效数较大时,对蒸发器总换热面积影响较大;此外,有进料预热器的MED的制水能力和经济性能显著提高。
