Based on the former research,different dosages of bactericide TJ-A2264 affecting the preservative properties of wet-white leather were investigated.Total plate count test,inhibition zone method and HPLC were used for analysis.The results indicated that a sufficient amount of bactericide addition in leather processing could avoid the spoilage of wet-white leather in the storage process.The lowest concentration of bactericide TJ-A2264 was 0.2%,and the addition of bactericide did not affect the adsorption of fungicide.%考察了不同用量的杀菌剂T J-A2264对白湿皮制作过程和存放期间的防腐效果.通过细菌总数测试法、抑菌圈法和高效液相色谱法等检测方法的分析,结果表明,白湿皮制作工段中加入足够量的杀菌剂能很好的避免白湿皮在储存过程中的腐败现象,杀菌剂J-A2264的最低使用浓度为0.2%,而且杀菌剂的添加并没有影响防霉剂的吸附.
