基于CPLD的电机软启动与轻载节能控制系统

         

摘要

This paper deals with a controlling system to control the processing of the start and running of the motor, it mainly constituted by the CPLD device and single-chip computer in order to overcome the problems that strong starting current presents in direct start, the start parameter can't be controlled in the processing of the start, and the efficiency is low in light load. The field test was performed for the system in the laboratory, and it tums out that it is flexible and adaptive to adjust the starting parameter and it has a good ability to save energy in light load process of motor.%针对异步电动机直接启动电流大、启动参数无法控制和电机轻载运行时效率较低的问题,设计了以CPLD器件和单片机为核心的控制系统,对电机的启动过程和运行过程进行控制,并由实验室进行现场测试.测试结果表明,系统在电机启动控制中参数调整灵活,具有很好的适应能力,在电机轻载运行控制中取得了较好的节能效果.
