Method of automated manufacturing of energy-efficient ecologically clean multilayer light-load fire-resistant wall panels based on organic materials, including formation of internal, heat-insulating and outer layers of wall panels with side edges. In this case, boxes made of wood boards are manufactured for wall panels, then they are filled with bulky organic materials. Tube is installed centrally to the box. At that, prior to assembling the boxes of wooden boards, fire-resistant gypsum panels are mounted on their inner surface, and boxes from their front edges are closed by front fire-resistant gypsum covers. Process line for production of wall panels based on organic materials comprises the preparatory zones. In addition, the process line includes the zone for manufacturing panels, comprising a filling area of the heat-insulating layer, finished goods warehouse and transport devices. Preparatory zones are equipped with production site of calibrated bars, processing site of the bulky organic material and site for manufacturing the wide and narrow boards made of calibrated bars. In this case, the production zone of panels includes the assembly site of boxes, and site for filing the heat-insulating layer is provided with the filling device, the case of which is designed in the form of a box with small decrease of its dimensions relative to the internal volume of the panel box. At that, the screws and guide tube for panel tube are arranged inside the case of the filling device, besides the manufacture zone of panels is equipped with the areas of fixation of heat-resistant gypsum panels.;EFFECT: increasing the productivity of the technological line, simplifying the manufacture of wall panels, as well as increasing the strength and technological characteristics of the building while simplifying its construction.;19 cl, 96 dwg
