安全控制系统发展概述及其可靠性提高的研究现状

             

摘要

安全控制系统在现代化工生产过程中已被广泛使用,但控制系统安全性的评价及可靠性的提高一直是我国化工行业实现安全生产所关注的焦点.该文对当前几种常用的化工装置安全评价方法及国际通用的控制系统安全评价标准进行了评述,重点从环境因素、人为因素、软件因素、硬件因素等4个方面对安全控制系统可靠性的提高进行分析,并针对不同安全控制系统的特点提出了提高系统可靠性的相应措施,指出现场总线控制系统将成为下一个时期内安全控制系统发展的方向.%Security control system has been widely used in modem chemical production processes,but safety evaluation and reliability improvement of control system have always been the focus of safety produce in China's chemical industry. Several useful methods of safety evaluation of chemical plants and the international safety evaluation criterion of control system were described. Emphasized on analyzing how to improve the reliability of security control system from environment, human, software and hardware factors, and the methods of reliability improvement were provided and discussed according to different characters of security control systems. Fieldbus control system will be the development tendency of security control system in future.
