CT序列医学图像交互式分割系统的设计与实现

摘要

Interactive medical image segmentation plays an important role for the extraction and analysis of normal and diseased tissue. Based on similarity and continuity of adjacent images in CT image sequence , the paper designs and develops an interactive medical image segmentation system with a combination of wavelet modulus maximum, edge detection method and interactive contour approximation. The system has enhanced medical image automated segmentation and achieved good segmentation results.%交互式分割对于医学图像中正常组织以及病变组织的提取与分析起着重要的作用.文中将基于小波模极大值的边缘检测方法与交互式轮廓逼近思想相结合,根据CT序列图像中相邻图像的相似性与连续性设计开发了医学图像的交互式分割系统,增强了医学图像分割的自动化程度并取得了较好的分割效果.
