According to an embodiment of the present invention, a computing system for displaying a medical image comprises a display, and a processor controlling image information displayed on the display. The processor comprises: a receiving unit receiving a medical image for a region of interest and acquiring three-dimensional volume information (three-dimensional volume by segmentation information) including segmentation information on the region of interest of the medical image; a display information generating unit generating display information on which first segmentation information is overlaid on the medical image; and a user interface control unit providing a user menu to receive at least one user input on the first segmentation information. According to the present invention, it is possible to edit and optimize segmented lobes and fissures primarily detected in two-dimensional and three-dimensional medical images by user modification using an intuitive user interface.
