工业硅电炉烟气净化控制系统的设计与应用

摘要

Accroding to the heating furnace flue gas emissions of a industrial silicon limited company in Qinghai Minhe , analyzed of industrial silicon production process and the influence factor , designed flue gas purifying system based on the reverse suction bag dust .It adopts Siemens 200 series PLC, and combined with the WEINVIEW touch screen control interface for the comprehensive monitoring , to ensure the stable operation of the system , and has the advantages of simple operation , high reliability.%　　针对青海民和某工业硅有限公司矿热炉烟气排放问题，分析工业硅生产工艺和生产影响因素，设计了基于正压反吸布袋除尘器的烟气净化系统，系统采用西门子200系列PLC控制，并结合威纶通触摸屏控制界面对系统的全面监控，保证了系统的稳定运行，且操作简单，可靠性强。
