In this paper , the three factors of temperature field stability analysis , expounded the ap-plication of PID temperature regulation method to improve the high temperature furnace temperature sta-bility, to improve the accuracy of temperature through temperature deviation correction method .%　　通过对3个引起温场稳定性的因素进行分析，阐述了应用PID调节来提高炉温温场稳定性，通过修正控温偏差的方法来提高炉温的准确性。
